Thoughts: I have a confession - this is the second time I’ve made this pizza. My first attempt a few months back was an absolute disaster! Instead of adding two teaspoons of salt to the dough, I accidentally added WAYYY MORE and the pizza was entirely inedible! I decided to give it a second try today and re-read the recipe multiple times to ensure I didn’t make the same mistake. It was SO MUCH BETTER this time around! It’s a very simple pizza but it has a nicely balanced flavor. Was it my favorite of the pizzas in this cookbook? No, but it was still a good one! I appreciated how easy the dough was to make, and if I had to remake it again, I might add some spices to the tomato sauce to give it more flavor.
