Thoughts: How fun are these cookies?! It’s Halloween season, and I figured I’d kill two birds with one stone by recreating the eyeball cookies from The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell using this Half Baked Harvest recipe! They were SO YUMMY, and the browned-butter and flaky salt topping were perfect. My cookies were fluffier than Tieghan’s, but that worked well to keep the eyeballs in place.
