Thoughts: Comfort food with a twist! I love spinach and artichoke dip, and I love mac-and-cheese…so naturally, I really liked this bake! It has a grown-up twist but is topped with classic Ritz Crackers for a hint of nostalgia. Instead of elbow pasta, I used trottole and it worked perfectly.
