Thoughts: Not only is this soup tasty, but it also makes your house smell really, really good! It was easy to make and had a really nice flavor that developed with each bite. Was it the best butternut squash soup ever? Not exactly, but with a few tweaks, I could be close! It needed to be just a smidge creamier, but it was still really good as it was!
