Thoughts: What is it about cooking with white wine that makes everything taste so sophisticated? This dish made me feel like I was inside of a Williams Sonoma, and I friggin’ loved it! I loved it even more because I only had to hand-wash one dish. The flavor was exactly what I expected and hoped so, and it’s the kind of meal I’d make when hosting special guests!
