Thoughts: This recipe was PERFECT for a very chilly Texas day! It’s not spicy at all (at least in my opinion), so if you’re looking for heat, chili garlic sauce is your best friend. It hit the spot and was super quick and easy to make. It wasn’t the easiest finding the noodles or the red chili paste in this part of the world, but I tracked them down and it was well worth the effort!
