Thoughts: I had some issues with this recipe. I made it in a large cast iron skillet, just like the recipe called for, but my sauce NEVER thickened enough to coat anything. Not only was my sauce watery, but it broke before I was able to plate it. Luckily it wasn’t that big of a deal breaker, as the dish was pretty was delicious! You really can’t go wrong with chicken and potatoes, and this meal was packed with comforting flavors.
