Thoughts: Tieghan came out with her brand new Half Baked Harvest Every Day cookbook this week, and I had to make something from it! This newest book was extra special for me because I got to meet Tieghan at her book signing in Dallas! I chose to make this Jerusalem-Style Bagel because I’ve never heard of it or zhug before. I love discovering new things! I accidentally burned my first bagel, but my second one came out great. It has such an interesting flavor, but I really enjoyed it!
